Trip Informationen

Destination airports are Antalya and Dalaman, which can be reached from Central Europe in about 3.5 hours. From there, transfer to Kas takes about 3 hours and carries you along the beautiful coastline in an airconditioned car or minibus. A fascinating panorama and beautiful landscape more than compensate for the long trip.

The local currency is the Turkish Lira. Due to high inflation rates it is recommended that you change your money in Turkey. At Kas Diving we accept cash payments in EURO or Turkish Lira. We do not, however, accept credit cards or cheques.

In Kas, you can rent cars, jeeps or motorbikes to discover the surronding landscape. As taxis are quite expensive in Turkey, we recommend taking a Dolmus (public minibus) to travel around if you do not want to rent a car, as this us much cheaper and much more interesting.

Clima

At the Turkish Lycian Coast you will encounter a Meditarranean climate with hot summers and mild winters. The diving season starts in the beginning of April and streches out till the end of October.
