Travel Information
Destination airports are Antalya and Dalaman, which can be reached from Central Europe in about 3.5 hours. From Antalya transfer to Kas takes about 3.5 hours and carries you along the beautiful coastline in an airconditioned car or minibus. The journeytime from Dalaman will take just over 2 hours. Fascinating panoramas and beautiful landscapes more than compensate for the long trips.
The local currency is the Turkish Lira. Due to high inflation rates it is recommended that you change your money in Turkey. At Kas Diving we accept cash payments in EURO or Turkish Lira. We normally do not accept credit cards or cheques.
In Kas, you can rent cars, jeeps or motorbikes to discover the surrounding landscape. As taxis are quite expensive in Turkey, we recommend taking a Dolmus (public minibus) to travel around if you do not want to rent a car, as this us much cheaper and much more interesting.

Climate
At the Turkish Lycian Coast you will encounter a Meditarranean climate with hot summers and mild winters. The diving season starts in the beginning of April and streches out till the end of October.
